At Bee Waxed Salon, our training has been created to raise the standard of intimate waxing and produce therapists who are genuinely confident, skilled, and client-focused. This is not a course where you’re packed into a room with 6–8 other students, perform half a wax, receive a certificate, and leave feeling unsure. That way of training is exactly why so many therapists lack confidence and why so many clients say “I tried intimate waxing once and never again.” With over 16 years’ experience, specialising in intimate waxing, I’ve trained multiple members of staff in my own salon from scratch. Even before becoming accredited, I developed in-house training systems that consistently produced higher standards than many external courses. That experience alongside years of client feedback is what led me to create this course.

Online Training Portal (Pre-Course Learning)
As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive access to my online training portal. This is a vital part of the course, not an optional extra. Inside the portal, you’ll be required to:
• Read detailed training material
• Watch pre-recorded educational videos
• Learn key theory before attending the practical day
There is a lot of information involved in intimate waxing, and completing this learning before you come into the salon ensures:
• You’re prepared and confident
• Practical time is used effectively
• You get the most value from hands-on training
Students who fully engage with the portal always perform better on the practical day.
How the Practical Training Works
All practical training is delivered as 2–1 only. There are never more than two students on a course. Intimate waxing is highly skilled and personal. This format allows shared learning while still receiving focused, hands-on guidance throughout the day.
On the Practical Day
You Will:
• Train alongside just one other student
• Watch a full Hollywood wax demonstration by me
• Practice a High side bikini wax on each other (I think it’s important you know how it feels so you can get the correct pressure. (it’s all learning)
• Work on 1 full model each (one to one attention whilst the other student watches, I also think is an important part of learning)
• Apply theory learned in the portal to real treatments

What Happens After the Training Day?
After your practical day, you’ll need to go away and practice the skills you’ve learned before completing your assessment. This ensures you’re assessed when you’re ready and not rushed. Intimate waxing requires a lot of practice and hands on experience.
Assessment Options
Online Video Assessment – £50 per assessment
• Submit a video of a full intimate waxing treatment within the time limit
• Personally watched in full by me
• Pass or fail outcome
• Clear, honest feedback provided
In-Salon Practical Assessment – £100 per assessment
• Return to the salon with your own model
• 1 hour 15 minutes total, including: 45 minutes to complete the treatment 30 minutes feedback & Q&A
Whichever option you choose, my goal is the same: to ensure you’re safe, confident, and truly competent not just certified. I will never pass a student who isn’t ready, because my name, my academy, and your future clients matter. When you pass, you’ll know you’ve genuinely earned it.
